Buying for a school or district
Can our school pay with a purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders with net 30 invoicing. Email your PO to shopcreatorsupplyco@gmail.com or send it through the School Member Portal form. Access starts when we receive your PO. School Memberships are activated within 1 school day.
Can we get a quote first?
Yes. Email us your school or district name, the products or plan you want, the number of sites or teachers, and your billing contact. We reply with a quote on letterhead that you can attach to your requisition. Start a quote request.
Can you send a W-9 or a standards alignment sheet?
Yes. Ask and we will email a W-9 and a California standards alignment sheet to you or your business office.
Which license do we need?
- Classroom: one teacher.
- School site: one school site, for one year.
- District: up to 10 sites, for one year.
- School Membership: $599 per site for 12 months (every teacher and staff member, including after-school (ELO-P) and family nights, plus 1 custom resource a month), or $59 for one teacher. See the School Membership.
Each product page states the license tiers it offers. Districts with 3 or more sites get one invoice and a per-site price.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. Plans do not renew automatically. We send a renewal quote 60 days before your year ends.
Can we see the materials before we buy?
Yes. School product pages show sample-page images and list what is included and the California standards practiced. You can also ask us for a standards alignment sheet.
What funding sources do schools use?
Schools often consider site or LCFF funds, and federal programs such as Title I (through the SPSA) or Title III for English learner materials. After-school programs often consider ELO-P funds. Your district decides what is allowable. School product pages include a short "Funding fit" note to help with your request.
Do you need student data?
No. Our resources are printable files that stay with your school. There are no student accounts, and we never ask for or receive student names, scores or other student information. See Student data and privacy.
Who are we buying from?
Creator Supply Co. is a veteran-owned business based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We build resources for California schools. About us.
What if it isn't right for us?
School Membership: contact us in the first 30 days for a full refund. For other school products, see our refund policy or contact us.
Choosing activities for kids and schools
What ages are the kids activities for?
Our children's resources cover a range of preschool through elementary skills, and the stated level varies by product. Choose by the child's current skill and the real page preview. The age-and-group guide gives starting ideas for under 3, ages 3–4, 5–7, 8–10, 11+ and mixed ages. These are suggestions, not age requirements or a complete curriculum.
Can I get a plan for one child or a whole group?
Yes. The activity finder asks for 1 child, 2–4, 5–10 or 11+, along with age, interest, time, setting and printer access. It suggests an activity plan without signup. The number of children helps plan the activity; it does not grant extra paid-product printing or file-sharing permissions.
Can I try something free before buying?
Yes. The free Discovery Pack has 18 US Letter PDF pages, including 12 original activities, three flexible paths, coaching and answers. No checkout or email signup is required. Adults may print for their household, class or learning group; share the download-page link with others.
What if I do not have a printer?
Select “No printer today” in the finder, or try our no-printer learning games using conversation, ordinary paper and crayons. These ideas do not require buying a file. Printable PDFs are static pages unless their product description says otherwise.
Does the Kids Learning Mega Bundle include every kids product?
No. It includes 14 learning packs and 440 US Letter PDF pages, including guides and answer keys, in one ZIP download. It does not include every coloring pack, road-trip game or item in the store. See the bundle's full contents, or choose one focused pack from Kids Printables.
Can a school, childcare program or homeschool group print paid resources?
School purchases follow the license tier shown on each product (Classroom, School site or District); see Buying for a school or district. For other groups, or any use a product's license does not cover, tell us how your group plans to use them before distributing copies, sharing original files or using materials across multiple locations, so we can confirm the permission that fits. The free Discovery Pack’s class and learning-group permission is separate. See Use permissions.
Can I request a different activity or learning level?
Yes. Send an adult request with the topic, age or grade, language, format, learning goal, number of children and number of classrooms or sites. We can explore a resource and confirm availability, scope, timing, permissions and any price before work begins. A request does not place an order. Use the school and custom-resource form.
Where can I see all your products?
Browse every download by topic, or shop all products with pictures and filters. Adult planners, business tools and mixed-audience puzzle packs have their own sections.
What do I receive when I buy?
A digital download. All of our products are digital, so nothing is shipped to you. Each product page lists what is included, the file formats and any software requirements, so please check it before you order.
How and when do I get my files?
After your payment is successful, use the download link provided for your order. If a product includes a ZIP archive, extract (unzip) it before opening the files inside. See How downloads work.
I can't find my download link. What should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and product name. Please don't buy the same product again to fix a download problem.
How can I find my files again later?
Keep your order email, and save a copy of the files to your device as soon as you download them.
What file formats will I get, and what software do I need?
Formats vary by product, and the product description is your guide. Open PDF files in a PDF reader. A product includes Word, Excel, Canva, Google-hosted or other editable files only when its description says so. Third-party software, accounts and subscriptions are not included unless stated.
Can I type into the pages?
Printable pages are designed to be completed by hand. A printable PDF is not an editable template or fillable form unless the product page specifically says so. If you import a file into another app, fonts, layout, page breaks or formulas may change, so review it before relying on it.
Any tips for printing?
Follow the instructions included with your product and choose the stated paper size. Select only the page or activity you want in the print dialog, check the print preview and print one test page first. You do not need to print a whole bundle. See download and printing help for ZIP-opening steps and larger-download tips.
What am I allowed to do with the files?
You may use them for your own personal activities, learning, planning or internal work, print working copies and save completed copies for your own use. Schools and programs: school purchases follow the license tier shown on each product (Classroom, School site or District), which sets who may print and use it; see Buying for a school or district. Please don't resell, redistribute, publicly share, give away or sublicense the files or templates, give them to clients, or claim the original work as your own. Some products state their own permissions; follow those. Full details: Use permissions.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed individually. If your download is missing, a file is damaged, or a product doesn't match its description, contact us with your order number. We'll work with you on a solution, which may include download help, a replacement file or a refund. You can also contact us about a duplicate purchase or an incorrect charge. This doesn't limit your rights under applicable consumer law. See our Refund policy.
How do I get help?
Use our Contact page. Include your order number, the product name and a short description of the issue. For a file that won't open, tell us which device and browser you are using. Please never send passwords or payment-card details.
