Plans do not renew automatically: we send a renewal quote 60 days before your year ends. Districts with 3 or more sites get one invoice and a per-site price. Not satisfied in the first 30 days? Contact us for a full refund. See the School Membership.

We can send a quote on letterhead, a W-9 and a California standards alignment sheet. We accept purchase orders with net 30 invoicing, and access starts when we receive your PO. You can also use the form below.

1. Sign in
Sign in to your school account with the school email on your membership. We email you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. Your account shows every order and download link.
2. Download any Schools & Programs resource
Open this month's drop or the full Schools & Programs library, add what you want to your cart, and enter your member code SCHOOLMEMBER at checkout while signed in. Member resources come to $0.00. The code only works for member accounts.
3. Request a custom resource
Use the form below. School site members can ask for 1 custom resource each month, and we reply within 2 school days to confirm scope and timing. Please include:
- School name and your role
- Grade level(s) and subject
- The California standard or diagnostic skill (for example "CA-CCSS 2.NBT.5" or "i-Ready: Phonics, short vowels")
- Language (English, Spanish or both) and format (worksheet, Quick Check, family letter, after-school set, poster)
- When you need it
Please do not include student names, scores or any other student information. We never need it.

Purchase orders, quotes and W-9
Use the same form to send a purchase order or to ask for a quote, a W-9, a district price or a standards alignment sheet. We invoice net 30 and start access when we receive your PO.
