All products are digital downloads; no physical items are shipped or returned. Please review the contents, file formats, and software requirements on the product page before purchasing.

Download or file problems

For a missing download, damaged file, or a product that does not match its description, contact Creator Supply Co. with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include download assistance, a replacement file, or a refund.

Refund requests

Contact us about duplicate purchases, an incorrect charge, or any other refund request. Requests are reviewed individually. This page does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
